What We Make
The coffee that HYTTE ROASTERY strives for is one that remains smooth and comforting until the very last sip.
Our first criteria for evaluating coffee are always
clean cup, balance, and sweetness.
At the same time, we express the unique characteristics and personality of the green beans,
while maintaining a balanced profile that is not overwhelming.
We focus most of our time and effort on creating coffee with a good balance and a clean finish,
rather than simply aiming for intensity.
Because, surprisingly, there aren't many coffees that you can easily finish in one sitting.
We will create a coffee that is more captivating and comforting the more you get to know it,
rather than one with just an intense first impression.
In order to leave a pleasant aftertaste until the very last sip, Hytte will continue to research and grow.
